ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Five (5) Credits at SSCE at not more than two (2) sittings which includes English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
MODE OF APPLICATION
Forms are obtainable at various Colleges of choice, Agbor, Warri and Eku and the Department of Midwifery Asaba and Sapele at a non refundable fee of N15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Naira only).
