4. STEPS TO FOLLOW
- Pay into the Bank or at the School’s Account Office
- Convert Bank Teller or Print-out into official school receipt at the school’s Account Office, Holy Rosary Hospital, EMEKUKU
- Collect and fill forms at the College off Nursing Department
- Submit filled forms immediately after filling at the College of Nursing Science Department for verification
- Photocopy the Form, Receipt of payment and other Documents
- Return photocopied Form, Receipt of payment and other Documents to the College of Nursing Science Department.
